| Technical information | All wrestlers must have a valid document (identity card, passport, sports license or student card), insurance is also mandatory. The sending organization is responsible for the athletes’ health. | |

| Referees | Every country that has 3 or more wrestlers are required to bring referee with their team. | |
| Reception of the teams | Riga international airport. Participants who will arrive in Riga (airport) will be delivered to the competition place in Siauliai and back, if they provide information about their arrival till 22th September. Price – 25 Eur per person. Siauliai bus/train station to the competition/hall/hotel free of charge. | |
| Accommodation fee per day and per person | Accreditation fee – 50 Eur/person/day (minimum two days – 100 Eur). The organizers will offer a package of accommodation and board (6 meals totally) – breakfast at the hotel, lunch, dinner at the venue place and transport service to/from hotel – venue place.
Entry fee only for participants without accreditation (without meals and accommodation) 20 EUR /person/day. |
